Forbes magazine has updated its annual rating of Russia's wealthiest businessmen. Roman Abramovich, whose name as it seems needs no descriptors, again, tops the list.
The number of billionaires has increased from 30 to 44, worth $248bn. The lowest level of income upped from $280m to $450m.
Roman Abramovich is said to enjoy a capital of $18.3bn. Last year brought additional 3.6bn to Chelsea's owner. Second comes Vagit Alekperov, president of LUKOIL, Russia's private oil giant. He managed to double his income leaping from tenth to second place. Mr Alekperov now has some $8.6bn at his disposal.
The main message that the report gives you is that the richest Russians multiplied their riches during the past year.
