The rally For Alternativeness of Power initiated by Alexei Navalny, the founder of Anti Corruption Fund, has started in the Maryino District of Moscow.

      The rally aims at "discussing the regional election results and demanding enforcement of the constitutional principle of the power alternativeness".

      Besides, the supporters of Alexei Navalny demand unquestioning access of the opposition to elections, the termination of war in Ukraine, calling off censorship, redeeming political prisoners and combatting corruption.

      The action has been coordinated with the authorities. It is the first rally held by the opposition in the outskirts of the city.

      A large number of policemen are watching the protesters. The latter ones are flying the flags of the RF, the Solidarity movement and the Party of Progress. Besides, one can see a few flags of the Democratic Choice party and the LGBT community.
