International Porcelain Siberia in Irkutsk

The All-Russian art project Porcelain Siberia starts in Irkutsk on September 29. The exhibition will be housed in the  Porcelain Museum in V.P. Sukachyov Estate. About 200 works by artists from nine countries will be presented at the exposition: Russia, Latvia, Great Britain, Turkey, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Finland.

      Among the participants there are such eminent masters as: Peteris Martinsons (Latvia), Fans Tamminen (Finland), Sergey Rusakov, Vera Bakastova (St. Petersburg, Russia), and Irina Korshunova (Gzhel, Russia).

      "The art project Porcelain Siberia is the result of four symposiums held in Krasnoyarsk and dedicated to the art of molding and painting of porcelain.

      The exhibition runs till the end of October, 2015.
