The international youth short-length film and animation festival The Meters will run in Tver from November 13 to November 15.

      

      For the seventh time already the festival gives an opportunity to Tver dwellers and visitors to watch the best short films from around the world. All the works presented are no longer than 15 minutes each. As the organizers report, the list of traditional nominations has been changed this year. 5 best works will be selected this time in the nominations: feature film, documentary, animation, promo-video and music video.

      

      Along with film screenings the festival program includes creative meetings and self-development and entertainment workshops, as well as creative buffets and chef cuisine.
