The Grandfather Frost will celebrate his birthday in Nizhny Novgorod on November 18.

      According to the tradition, the main winter wizard goes on a working trip through Russia to personally ensure full readiness of each inhabited locality for the New Year. In 2015 the capital of the Volga region will be the first city visited by the Father Frost. He will begin his visit to Nizhny Novgorod from visiting the Markina Square. Then the main winter wizard will go to his residence in the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin where he will check the masters’ work and will take part in the construction himself.
