Nemtsov’s Murder: Investigation Continues

The Basmanny Court of Moscow made a decision on the absent arrest of the soldier of the “Sever” Battalion of the Chechen Interior Ministry Ruslan Mukhudinov accused of the murder of the politician Boris Nemtsov. According to the Internal Affairs Ministry, Mukhudinov is hiding in the United Arab Emirates.

      In addition to his arrest in absentia, the court also extended the term of investigation until February 28, 2016. Earlier Mukhudinov was in absentia charged with the murder and arms traffic. The investigation put him to the federal and international wanted list.

      Five people have already been arrested in connection with the Nemtsov’s murder, the investigators believe these people are the actual perpetrators of the murder and their accomplices: these are Zaur Dadaev, Anzor Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhaev, Shadid Gubashev and Tamerlan Eskerhanov.
