Archaeological Excavations Will Start Near the Moscow Kremlin

The works on dismantling of the 14th administrative building located between the Spassky Gate and the Senatsky Palace began on the territory of the Moscow Kremlin.

      It is planned that archaeological excavations will be held in its place. Archaeological surveys will be held in the place of the 14th administrative building, these excavations are unique in Russian history in their significance, taking into account the archaeological site. It is planned that the artifacts that will be found there will also be available to visitors and tourists and will be located at the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “The Moscow Kremlin”.
