The award ceremony of the annual competition Moscow Restoration took place in the Mossovet Theatre on December 1, 2015.

      It is a contest for the best project in preserving and promoting the cultural heritage sites of Moscow.

      The RF Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky opened the award ceremony.

      "Moscow sets a high level of quality, quantity and approach to restoration works on monuments of cultural heritage. Moscow was one of the first cities to start the Rent for Ruble program for restoration of monuments. While developing the federal legislation, we imitated this practice, and in the future we will extend it to the entire Russian Federation" - the minister pointed out.
