The first Christmas Festival kicks off in the Saidashev Big Concert Hall today.

The event will be opened with the State chamber chorus’ program “Film, film, film…”

14 concerts of various genres will be presented to adults and children during the festival. The first festival night will be dedicated to music from popular movies and animated films. Favourite songs from domestic and foreign movies will be performed in the Big Concert Hall of Kazan.

The festival will be crowned with The Christmas Vienna Ball on January 8. On that night all comers will listen to Johann Strauss and Johann Strauss Jr. music played by Reseda Galimova and the chamber orchestra New Music.
