The users from Russia and Ukraine were invited to write kind words to each other on the newly created Internet site, portal "Notes" reports. As it is explained on the main page of the resource, the site was created for the citizens of the two countries to "establish a dialogue in spite of everything that is happening at the international level."

      Members are warned that messages containing accusations, insults, political rhetoric (including the names of the politicians), will not be published. Registration on the site is not provided. To leave a message, one needs to specify the name and city of residence. "Enough of politics! Stop listening to the media! Stop reading tons of anger on social networks!"- the page says.
