St. Petersburg museums will stay open until late.

Every Wednesday around 20 exhibition halls of St. Petersburg will work until 21:00. City Sculpture Museum, memorial apartment of Chaliapin, museum-apartment of Rimsky-Korsakov, Museum "Raznochinny Petersburg", Dostoevsky Museum and many others have changed their schedules. Such large federal museums as Hermitage, The Russian Museum of Ethnography, Museum of the History of Religion and others also did not keep aloof. St. Petersburg City Administration, together with hotels and tourism industry representatives are considering the question how to attract tourists to the city in winter.

No doubt, the extension of museum working hours will play its role during short days.
