The relevant bill has been introduced to the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg.

      The Petersburg Parliament deputy Andrey Anokhin has prepared the bill, which will exempt families with three and more children from transport tax.

      According to him, in case if a large family has a car, which is required for supporting the family, then exempting it from the car tax will enable the family memebrs to spend these assets on children's development and education, as well as all sorts of assistance to children.
