Astrakhan Dwellers Can Act in Biblical Film

Film shooting will be carried out in the Akhtubinsk, Kharabalinsk, and Yenotayevsk Districts of the Astrakhan Region.

      The locations will be selected by a special working group that will arrive in the region.

      A short-length film based on one of the biblical stories will be made in the Astrakhan Region. The main character will be an eight-year-old boy. Casting for his role is yet to be carried out.

      Crowd scenes will be performed by Astrakhan students. A part of the film crew will be selected in Astrakhan as well. Costumes are going to be ordered to the Astrakhan Opera and Ballet Theater, the Astrakhan-24 TV channel reports.
