Educational lectures and African music concerts will take place in the framework of the festival.

      Suria Sadekova, the head of the educational and exhibition department of the Pushkin Fine Arts Museum reported about it.

      From May to September the African Summer Festival will be accompanying the exhibition River Congo. Art Works of the Central Africa in the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts.

      "We are now working on this project. We arrange such programs for every exhibition - they give our visitors a full picture of the context, - Suria Sadekova pointed out.

      Music concerts and lectures will be held in the museum and visitors will learn that the largest collection of African art is kept in Vatican, and its generation was promoted by priest missionaries.
