Economic Growth Of Russia Will Not Exceed 1.5%

With the current level of investments the economic growth of Russia will not exceed 1.5%. This has been said by Maxim Oreshkin during the economic forum in Krasnoyarsk, reports Rambler News Service.

      “With the current level of demography in Russia we will be at the point we are at now: 15-18% of GDP. If this trend continues, it’s impossible to have the growth of over 1-1.5%” – the agency quotes. According to Oreshkin, it’s possible to increase the investments in GDP with “serious structural changes”.  

      Earlier on the 19th of February a businessman Oleg Deripaska has called on the destruction of fiscal system formed by the previous Minister of Finance Alexey Kudrin.
