Altay Changes Time Zone

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a Law changing the time zone for Altay Region according to visitaltay.rf.

      According to the document Altay Region will officially transfer to the sixth time zone from March 27, 2016. The difference in time between Moscow and Altay Region will be 4 hours. Earlier the region referred to the fifth time zone.
