Becar Group plans to begin construction of the second apart-hotel Vertical in Moscovsky Rayon of St. Petersburg, at 44 Ordzhonikidze Street, at the end of 2016, as the company’s statement said. The hotel with 2000 rooms will become one of the largest in Russia and Europe, as well as the largest one in St. Petersburg.

      It is planned to implement the construction of the object in three phases, the room capacity of the first one will make up 500 rooms. The complex will include infrastructure facilities: three restaurants of different levels, a large fitness centre with a swimming pool, a spa-centre, a conference centre, a coworking, a nursery, a laundry, a dry cleaning service, a mini-market and many things more. As it was reported in March 2015, the estimated investment in the project will amount to 10 billion roubles.
