Sheremetyevo Increased Passenger Traffic

The passenger traffic of the “Sheremetyevo” airport increased by 11.7% in February 2016, as compared to the same period of last year, up to 2.2 million people, the indicator on international flights grew by 6.9%, up to 1.2 million, as the press service of the airport reported on Wednesday.

      The growth on domestic routes made up 17.8%, the indicator exceeded 1 million people. “The number of passengers since the beginning of the year (in January and February - IF) increased by 8.9%, as compared to the same period of 2015 and amounted to 4 million 478 thousand” – the statement said. The Russian Federal Tourism Agency and the Moroccan National Tourism Office signed a joint action program in the field of tourism in for 2016-2018, as the website of the Federal Tourism Agency reports.
