A permanent interactive exposition devoted to Alexander Pushkin's fairy tales can be visited in the town of Pushkin (former Tsarskoye Selo) of the Leningrad Region.
The museum is located in the house once inhabited by the headmaster of the lyceum in which Alexander Pushkin studied. It is assumed that right here the young poet recited his verses for the first time, the artist and the project's author Alexey Sergienko points out. He decided to create this interactive museum less than a year ago.
The concept of the museum is simple: a visitor receives a map with riddles and travels around Pushkin's fairy tales while walking from one hall to another. The exhibits are allowed to be touched. The museum founders have conceived the exposition as a live space, which is going to develop, change and grow.
50 artists worked on the museum interior design, so it can be called an art gallery dedicated to the great poet's works.
