The 7th Sergey Kuryokhin Modern Art Award was handed in the main building of the Tovstonogov Big Drama Theatre. The award ceremony was traditionally turned a into large-scale performance.
The Grand Prix "Pop Mechanics" went to Andrey Bartenev for the project Say: I Love You!, which conveys the modern concept of Kuryokhin's Pop Mechanics, according to the award director Anastasia Kuryokhina.
The prize in the nomination The Best Curator Project of 2015 was won by Polina Popova, Vyacheslav Berechinsky and Sergey Bugaev for Pavel Pepperstein's exhibition Marble Head Hunters (Archeology of the Future). Maria Safronova's project Game of Common Type became the best visual work; the best media object is The Pool by Polina Kanis; the best work in public space is the festival Archstoyaniye. In musical nominations the award prizes were taken by Andrei Samsonov & Laska Omnia (Ethnomechanics), and Moa Pillar (Electromechanics).
