The governor of Kemerovo region Aman Tuleev  has initiated a law which will legally stop collectors’ work. “Not a single collector has the right to “knock out” the debts from citizens starting from the 6th of April. There’s no other way out. We just cannot allow our people to be killed”- he stated.

He has also assigned the Regional Council of National Officials to create a corresponding law. According to Tuleev’s words, the responsibility of the collectors’ actions should be shared between them and the leaders of banks they work with. He has also asked his officials to check the actions of corresponding institutions on the basis.
