Names of nominees for the ethnomusic award MIRA (i.e. Peace/World) of the International ethnic music and crafts festival MIR (Peace/World) of Siberia.

      Altogether 225 music performers from 45 regions of the Russian Federation and 4 countries of the FSU and beyond (Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, Ukraine) applied for participation in the contest.

      The jury of the competition has selected 41 nominees – these musicians and on-stage performance groups will be invited to Shushenskoye for the festival WORLD of Sibera 2016 and will compete for the first prize – the MIRA Bowl (i.e. Bowl of PEACE) or a winner's rank in their particular nomination.
