May 9 will see the 4th Brass Band Festival in the Bauman Culture and Recreation Garden in Moscow.
The festival program will include parades with marching orchestras, master classes on wind music instruments and jam sessions envolving both children and adults.
The 4th Festival is dedicated to a new and younger generation of wind players, the organizers report. It will bring together in one venue renowned Moscow brass bands and aspiring new bands. Pupils of Moscow music schools will open their own Children's Stage and participate in the festival on a par with adult musicians on the Main Stage.
Pakava It, Bubamara Brass Band, Brass OK, Brevis Brass, ½ Orchestra, Mosbras, Mishanyan's Orchestra and The Second Line will perform in parades and performances on the Main Stage.
