The number of tourists visiting Kislovodsk on May Day holidays increased by 7% compared to the same period last year up to 25 thousand people, the press service of the resort city administration reports. "There are guests from the different regions of the country among the guests. Resorts are loaded by 100%", - the statement said.

      Holiday centers, recreation and retreat centers, hotels, restaurants and touristic facilities are completing preparation for the high summer holiday season. "A favorable environment for guests and visitors of the resort is created in the city, in particular fountains and lights in the Cascade stairs started functioning, small architectural forms and light illumination are updated, and flower gardens are made", - the press-service reports.

      In addition, the facades of buildings are repaired in the historic center of the city.  A bridge will be opened soon at the Vokzalnaya Street (nearby station). Large-scale works on the improvement of the historic center of Kislovodsk have been started in March. A holiday season was open in the city on April 23.
