Dmitry Shishkin from Russia has reached the final of the International Competition for Young Pianists in Brussels.
The future finalist of gave his first concert at the age of three. After a while he became the winner of several international festivals and then performed on a big scale to the accompaniment of a symphonic orchestra. Presently Dmitry Shishkin is a student of the Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow.
The final of the prestigious music competition in Brussels will be held from May 23 to May 28. Representatives of forty countries from around the world are taking part in the competition. The international competition named in honour of Queen Elizabeth is considered to be the most prestigious among classical pianists.
