Dispute On Western Software

The press secretary of the president of Russia Dmitry Peskov declared that the idea to penalize the officials for usage of foreign programs is unlikely considered to be reasonable. Peskov noted that some domestic analogues of western software do not still comply with the necessary requirements and are inferior to the foreign software by quality.

According to Peskov the purchases of domestic software are still discussed.
