An observation deck at a height of 72 meters above the ground on the bell tower of the Cathedral of the Epiphany was opened in Kazan.

The entrance ticket to the observation deck for adults costs 100 rubles, for teenagers (12-18 years old) - 50 rubles, children under 12 can enjoy it for free.

The main architectural complex of the Cathedral of the Epiphany in Kazan was built in the XVIII century on the site of the wooden Church of the Epiphany. Originally, Cathedral had a low-tiered bell tower. The new bell tower appeared in 1895-1897. In Soviet times  retail shops were located there. Only in 1960 the bell tower was given the status of a monument of architecture, later in 1973 it was repaired.

In 1997, the Epiphany Cathedral was returned to the Russian Orthodox Church, but the bell tower remained in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan.
