Dmitry Khvorostovsky to Give Only One Concert in Russia

The world famous Russian opera singer  will give a single concert in his hometown of Krasnoyarsk.

Tickets for December performance are already on sale.

In May of 2015 Dmitry Khvorostovsky already performed in Krasnoyarsk. One and a half year later, he will show up in the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic Hall again. Back then the actor toured all over Russia, and this year the concert on December 22 will be his only performance in the homeland.

It is a reminder that in the summer of  2015 Dmitry Khvorostovsky was diagnosed with cancer and he had to stop the tour. In September of 2015, however, the singer was back on stage again
