Real cash incomes of Russians decreased by seven percent in July 2016, as compared to July of the previous year. This is stated in the report of the Federal Service of State Statistics. The revenues have decreased by 5.3 percent during the first seven months of 2016.

      The average per capita monthly income amounted to 30,896 roubles, remaining almost unchanged in nominal terms in comparison with the previous year. We speak about the income minus obligatory payments, corrected for inflation. The average monthly salary amounted to 36,525 roubles in July. As compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, it grew by 7.8 percent in nominal terms and by 0.6 percent in real terms.
