      According to Andrey Konchalovsky, it will be possible to start trial shootings of a new film about Michelangelo in 2017. The famous director announced the working title of the film – The Sin.

      As the master specified, he got the idea to make a film about the great painter following his understanding that Russia is in the process of revival now, whereas the heyday of Michelangelo's creativity was part of the Renaissance in Europe of the 15th century. However, initially the film director thought about creating Andrey Rublyov biopic. "Thus I got parallels between the two artists and two topics", - the recent winner of The Silver Lion at the Venice Film Festival explained.
