Russian Films Attract Biggest Interest in China

The 15th International Film Festival has been held in the capital city of China since September 18.

      According to the TsTAK news agency, the audience is most of all interested in the feature films and documentaries made in Russia. Film studios of China, India, Poland and Kyrgyzstan are also a  success.

      Europe is represented at the festival with Germany, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, France, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Croatia and some other countries.

      The film festival was opened with the Russian film The Silent Outpost based on real events. The Green Carriage, Mountain Climber and the Last from the 7th Cradle, On the Way to Berlin, August. Of the 8th and several other Russian films are also in the

      program.

      "We hope to see films made by the Korean cinematographers in cooperation with other countries including Russia in the near future", - a member of the Cinematographers Union of Russia and the head of the international jury, Yury Matyushin emphasized.
