The exhibition At the Turn of the Century. Masterpieces of the State Tretyakov Gallery kicks off in Nizhny Novgorod State Art Museum today.

      Visitors will see 30 canvasses by renowned Russian artists of the turn of the 19th -20th centuries: Serov, Vrubel, Levitan, Repin, Korovin, Shishkin and others. All of them participated in the well-known All-Russian Industrial and Art Exhibition of 1896, which this exposition is dedicated to.

      The event will be accompanied with a series of lectures held by art critics of both the Nizhny Novgorod Art Museum, and the Tretyakov Gallery.
