About 200 world art masterpieces from various museums will be displayed at the exhibition Voices of Silence. Imaginary Museum of André Malro in Moscow.
December 1, 2016 will see the opening of the grand exposition in the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. It will present outstanding works of art from the famous collections of Louvre, the D'Orsay Museum, the Prado Museum, the Tretyakov Gallery, the State Hermitage Museum and others.
The Imaginary Museum is a fantasy collection of masterpieces, which are in reality present in different museums. These works of art are the most significant for various countries and eras. The concept of the exhibtion belongs to the French cultural figure André Malro, whose name makes part of the event.
The exhibition will last till February 12, 2017.
