California grand jury formally indicted hacker attacks on the social network LinkedIn and a number of other services against the Russian citizen Evgeny Nikulin previously detained in the Czech Republic. This was reported by Reuters referring to the US Justice Department.
In addition to hacking computers belonging to LinkedIn, he was also blamed for cyber attacks on Dropbox cloud data storage and the service of questions and responses of Formspring. On October 19 the LinkedIn company reported that the Russian detained in Prague was suspected of committing a hacker attack on the social network in 2012. The US Department of Justice, in its turn, said that the hacker’s case was classified as confidential.
