The avant-garde art exhibition is held in the framework of the Night of Arts 2016.

      From November 3 till January 11 the Perm Art Gallery is hosting the exhibition Russian Experiment, which brings together exhibits from the Nizhny Novgorod Art Museum, Yekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts and the Perm Art Gallery.

      Visitors will see about 50 paintings by world famous Russian avant-garde artists, such as Natalya Goncharova, Mikhail Larionov, Olga Rozanova and many others. Graphic art and objects of arts and crafts are also presented.

      The highlight of the exposition is Vasily Kandinsky's work Composition No. 217 — the only painting delivered from Yekaterinburg.

      The exhibition will be accompanied with lectures, excursions, master classes and film screenings.
