November 1 saw the gala concert of leading on-stage performance groups and soloists of Buryatia under the name "Ulan-Ude is 350!" in Moscow.

      The performances in Moscow and St. Petersburg are held in the framework of the Culture Days of Ulan-Ude, the capital city of the Buryat Republic.

      The concert presented the folk music and dance theater Zabava, the Buryat State National Song and DanceTheater "Baikal", the modern dance theater "Point of View"; the Buryat State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater; and the Buryat star singer, Medegm Dorzhiyev.

      On November 9 the festive event and gala concert celebrating the anniversary of Ulan-Ude will be repeated in the Baltic House Theater of St. Petersburg.
