10-year-old Mariam Mamadashvili from Georgia came 1st, while the Russian quartet Water of Life took the 4th place.

      The event was held in Valletta, Malta. The 2nd prize goes to a duet from Armenia, and the 3rd prize to an Italian girl.

      This song contest came to be held 13 years ago, and since then more and more countries have been joining it every year. The difference from senior Eurovision is that the host country is selected in advance. Till this year the audience voted for participants only, but this time there was a jury to select the winners.

      Another important rule is that the participant shall be the citizen of the country he or she sings for and is to perform in the language of the motherland.
