AirUnion Alliance Presents Call Centre

AirUnion alliance has set up a call centre to update their customers round the clock. People can get first-hand information on flight schedule, specifics of partners flights, new services, rules and prices. You can even book a ticket from any city.
The call centre, as part of the loyalty programme, has been established to get feedback from customers. Apart from informing passengers, the call centre can also respond to claims and wishes voiced by their customers.
All calls are recorded to control the input and avoid telephone terrorism.
