Tourist Buses Will Get New Parking

Tourist Buses Will Get New Parking

A network of 16 special parking areas for tourist buses will appear in Moscow. Parking will be organized for more comfortable service of tourists near the famous sights of the city and to improve the road transport situation in the historical part of the capital.

The decision to create special parking areas was approved by the Government of Moscow in connection with the fact that many tourist sites in the central part of the city have special platforms that allow to make short-term parking of tourist buses. As a result, the drivers of these buses have to spend extra time in searching for parking spaces, which complicates the transport situation in the capital and, in general, reduces the city's popularity among the tourists.
