Russian Scientists Can Now Read People's Minds

As reported, it has become possible with a new generation tomographic scanner, developed by Siberian scientists.

Specialists working at the Siberian branch of Russian Academy of Sciences in Novosibirsk have developed a special device that can read  simple thoughts of people.

It can show what a person thinks while performing some activities. Thus, one of the patients was asked to think that he was going to clench his fist. Right away the display of the special tomographic scanner demonstrated that he was already performing this action.

According to scientists, the application of this device will assist them in performing complicated human brain surgeries. It will enale them to save the largest possible number of neural pathways.
