Rating of Russia's most popular actors and actressess over 15 years - from 2001 to 2015 - has been generated by Yandex and Kinopoisk.

      According to it, Konstantin Khabensky is the most popular actor. He has won the viewers' hearts with his leads in the films "Christmas Trees", "The Irony of Fate 2", "The Geographer Drank His Globe Away" and "The Night Watch". 

      Alexei Chadov who starred in "The Night Watch" and "Day Watch", "The War" and "Squadron 9" comes second.

      The third place is taken by Andrew Merzlikin, the hero of "Boomer" and "Brest Fortress".

      Oksana Akinshina ("Sisters", "Dudes" and "Vysotsky. Thank You for Living") is the most popular actress. She is followed by Ingeborga Dapkunaite with her lead in "The War" and Vera Brezhneva, the star of "Christmas Trees" and "Christmas Trees 2".
