Winners of the national Russian film award Golden Eagle will be announced on January 27.

      The 15th award ceremony will take place in Pavilion 1 of the Mosfilm concern.

      The Paradise by Andrey Konchalovsky, The Crew by Nikolay Lebedev, Ice Breaker by Nikolay Homeriki, Duelist by Alexey Mizgirev and Collector by Alexey Krasovsky, are competing or the title The Best Film of the Year.

      Konchalovsky, Mizgirev and Lebedev are also nominated for The Best Director prize.

      Duelist and The Crew are nominated in 10 main categories. Konchalovsky's Paradise may receive five Gold Eagles. The Queen of Spades by Pavel Lungin is nominated in actors' categories.

      Ksenia Rappoport (The Queen of Spades ), Yulia Vysotskaya (The Paradise), and Victoria Isakova (Student) are competing for The Best Film Female Role, whereas Pyotr Fedorov (Duelist), Ivan Yankovsky (The Queen of Spades), and Danila Kozlowski (The Crew) are presented in the nomination The Best Film Male Role.
