Space researchers from the US have created the SETI project, which aims to find various forms of life on other planets. At the same time specialists of several scientific communities in Russia argue that the most effective way to detect extraterrestrial civilizations is searching in the radio-frequency range.

      In particular, Russian physicist Sergei Popov said that in order to find sapience life forms, radio waves and radio bursts in the outer space should be studied.

      Along with that the scientists suggest not to be limited to this activity but conduct parallel investigations in the field of space exploration.
