Nominees of "Hit of the Season" Prize Announced in Moscow

The Union of Theatre Workers of Russia has announced five nominees for "Hit of the Season" Prize.

      The main favourite among them is the opera "Katerina Izmaylova" based on Dmitry Shostakovich' play and performed at the Bolshoi Theatre.

      The list includes the performances "In One's Own Words. Pushkin "Eugene Onegin"" of the Drama Art School, "The Russian Novel" of Mayakovsky Theatre, "A Rabbit Hole" of Theatre in Malaya Bronnaya, and "Duck Hunting" of Et Cetera.

      The winner will be announced on the 6th of March during a procession to take place near the theatrical organization Na Strastnom. The entire theatrical Moscow will take part in it.
