Russia and Uruguay Will Not Deploy Weapons in Space

Russia and Uruguay have signed the Outer Space Agreement. The document implies prevention from competing for weapons in the solar system.

The Parties undertake to abide by the terms of space weaponization.

The information on signing the Outer Space Agreement was earlier published on the website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As the document reads, the parties are obliged to not initiate launching arms inventory to the outer space.

Moscow and Montevideo are going to protect the cosmos from involvement in hostilities.
