Repin Academic Dacha is one of the oldest and most famous creative headquarters of the Union of Artists.
For over 100 years Russian artists have come here to participate in group plein air. Here are born enchanting landscapes that convey the spirit of the Russian village, and special charm of the local nature. Arkhip Kuindzhi, Valentin Serov, Isaak Brodsky, and Isaak Levitan lived and fruitfully worked here for a long time. It was in this place that Ilya Repin painted his famous sketch "At the Academic Dacha".
A small and cozy Gallery of the Correspondence Folk Arts University is holding a chamber exhibition dedicated to the nature of the Russian province.
