Moscow's Domodedovo airport received permission to begin construction of the third segment of the passenger terminal, the airport's press service informs. The facility will be built in several stages. The airport has to choose the contractor organization, as well as the preparatory period for the start of work, the press service reports.

The third segment (T3) will become a part of the airport complex and will be built in the western part of the passenger terminal. Taking into account the commissioning of two stages of construction, its capacity will be 20.5 million passengers per year. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Domodedovo investment program for the development of the airport complex.
