Ballot Options Change

Russian State Duma has passed in second reading a draft law to ban against all option in ballots.
The overwhelming majority of Russian parliamentarians have voted in favour of the move. Some additional steps have been taken, too. Under the new bill, if approved, any resistance against legitimate actions by officials and public libel will be considered extremism.
The draft also prevents those being electing from shifting party affiliation. If so, the person will have to part with his mandate.
