The rich and colourful program of the 1^st Operetta-Park Festival will be held in the open air, against majestic walls of an ancient palace.

      The festival revives the tradition of festivities in the gardens and parks of St. Petersburg. The Gatchina Museum-Reserve offers an unforgettable evening in the picturesque scenery of the Silver Meadow, near the GatchinaPalace. Theater and circus companies, dance ensembles, stuntmen and horsemen of the CossackTrickRidingCenter will perform at the festival.

      The show program includes unusual interpretations of popular operettas Wedding in Malinovka and Mister X. The festival evenings will be crowned with grand concerts of operetta stars to the accompaniment of a symphony orchestra.
