The satellite named Cosmos-2519 will photograph space objects.

The satellite of the Russian Ministry of Defense, launched on Friday from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome (Arkhangelsk Region) by the Soyuz-2.1v carrier rocket, has been placed into the target orbit. The device has been named Cosmos-2519 and put into operation, the press service of the military department said.
